Attending Rotary District Conferences

Rotarians will learn how to lead their Rotary clubs at the Rotary Leadership Institute.

Learning about important local and global challenges

The weekly Rotary meetings introduce important programs about local and global Rotary activities and how to grow as a Rotarian and Rotary club.

Student scholarships for local high school students

The Rotary Club of Big Canoe supports local high school students and their future education by awarding five $1,000 scholarships to carefully selected local high school seniors.

Georgia Rotary Student Program (GRSP) presentation

Katheryne is the Program Director for Georgia Rotary Student Program (GRSP). She works closely with the GRSP Chair, officers, directors, trustees, staff, and more, promoting the cause for world peace through higher education by assisting students, speaking to clubs, and raising funds and awareness for the organization.

The Rotary Club of Big Canoe 2026 Scholarship Application

The Rotary Club of Big Canoe proudly offers scholarship opportunities to high school students in Dawson and Pickens Counties, empowering local youth to achieve their academic dreams. These scholarships are awarded to deserving students who demonstrate academic excellence, community involvement, and leadership potential. By supporting higher education, the Rotary Club invests in the future of the community, helping young individuals reach their full potential. Eligible students are encouraged to apply and showcase their achievements, aspirations, and commitment to making a positive impact. Through these scholarships, the Rotary Club of Big Canoe continues its tradition of fostering growth, education, and service in the region.
