The Rotary Club of Big Canoe supports local high school students and their future education by awarding five $1,000 scholarships to carefully selected local high school seniors.
Katheryne is the Program Director for Georgia Rotary Student Program (GRSP). She works closely with the GRSP Chair, officers, directors, trustees, staff, and more, promoting the cause for world peace through higher education by assisting students, speaking to clubs, and raising funds and awareness for the organization.

Rotary District 6910 is pleased to announce a NEW opportunity for District Clubs!
These needs-based scholarships will provide funds to eligible individuals for study at a Georgia public institution of higher learning, including colleges, universities, and technical colleges, who are nominated by District 6910 Clubs. We ask for your assistance in identifying and sponsoring eligible students.
The purpose of the Rotary District 6910 Education Scholarships is to forge a link between Rotary and the development of skilled professionals. Rotary District 6910 is prepared to award needs-based Education Scholarships to qualified applicants with a one-time award of $2,000 to one student per Rotary Club for a total of five (5) scholarships awarded annually, not to exceed $10,000.
District 6910 Rotary Clubs are asked to seek qualified graduating high school students and encourage them to prepare the Rotary District 6910 Education Scholarship Application.
